Tastes of autumn: pink pork in crabnerries

Pork in craberries souce and light salad
Today I was experimenting in the kitchen. For the first time I preapared pork in cranberries! 

Spices which I used for seasoning pork: salt, colender, peper and garlic powder

Firstly I fired pork in strings for few minutes and them covered it in hot water. Let pork cooked for a couple of minutes.

Cranberries preparation: First I washed them, then added sweetener and flooded with hot water. 

Cook pork with crabnerries for at least 20-30 minutes.

After 5 minutes of cooking pork, I added cranberries to it. At the end I added also small spoon of fiber husk to have better consistency. I cooked porked with cranberies for 30 minutes.


And this is the way of making pork red ;)

I served meat together with fresh spinach&rucola salad with walnut oil dressing and cashew nuts. No other carbs added, I'm seving them for supper ;)
