Home gym log

Squat babe!

Didn't have time to go to the gym, so I made some at-home-training. 


For warm up:

* jumping jacks 2x50
* mountain climbers 2x30


Main part:

* squats 2x50
* biceps curl with bands 3x20
* push ups 3x10 (proud of that number!)
* triceps dips 2x10
* alternative shoulders raise with bands 2x20
* sit ups 50
* sit ups with legs up 50
* plank 2x60s (crush it!)
* plank to side 30s each side


Triceps dips

Cool down:

*legs, chest, back and shoulders stretch

All training took me about 30 minutes. I did it pretty intensive, with short breaks between series and exercises. 

Important!

Remember that even if you're training at home, put on your training shoes to protect ankles while jumping.
