Back on track!

Hello blog and my lovely followers!

sweaty after fatburning exercises sequence

I'm back in Oslo. Last 5 days were amazing, full of joy, love, partying and good food. It is hard to be back, but what can I do.

It is time to go back on track now!

I started my day super-healthy with a shot of Green Superfood. Is it good? No! ;) Is it healthy? Oh yesss!
It containes: alkalizing concentrated organic grass juices, alkalizing veggies, spirulina, and alkalizing sprouts.

After first part of my work I did also some interval training. Intensive 40 minutes with intervals on treadmill - 8 rounds of 1x1 intervals.
8 rounds: 1 minute high interval, 1 minute active rest

After that I did some fatburning sequence:
10xburpess
10xmountain climbers
10xpush ups
10xdips
10xjumping lunges

I did this in 3 rounds in a shortest possible time. Today it was 7 minutes 23 seconds. I hope that next time I will be able to do at least 5 rounds.

Now I've got a quick break before second part of my working day. Two personal trainings today, jupiii! :)

Unexpected dietary supplement

I want to share some diet supplement which I found in Poland, which seems to be very interesting! And I know that most of you wouldn't even think about heath benefits of it!
I found diet supplement from beet!

This dietary supplement contains dried beet beetroot juice and vitamin B12 and B6 which helps in production of formulating erythrocytes, support immune system and improves metabolism.
Beet, as vegetable, helps to detoxification of body and keeping the right PH level (I wrote about PH levels and importance of keeping it in balance here).
Beet reduces toxins in body, cleansing liver, gall bladder and kidneys. What is more, the fiber in beet root improves the excretory function of bowels. It also reduces cholesterol and blood pleasure!

Is it worth to buy pills when you can eat a real beet?

Of course not, is you can eat beet twice a week, but I don't think it is possible ;) But if you want to find some natural detoxifying treatment for your body, I can recommend you this one :)

Detox

Weekend in London was great! But also full of drinks and snacks which I am not use to. So, it is time for a proper cleanse!
It is good to take a break from trainings and ultra healthy diet for a while, but it is even better to be back on track again :)

I've got few patterns for quick and easy detox:

* drink more water
Start the day with glass of water, preferable with fresh squeezed lemon juice; drink white or green tea, herbs tea might also help

* eat more veggies
Make your dishes green from different kind of veggies, like brokkoli, salad and more

* cut some carbs
After weekends splurges I like to cut a half of consuming carbs (rice, bread, oats) and add some veggies instead; body have enough glucose after weekend, so days or two with less carbs might help to loose those additional water which our body could store after drinking alcohol and snacking to much

* sweat!
Come back to the gym as soon as possible. The longer the brake from gym routine is, the harder would it be to be back on track

* use some additional backup

today I drank some protein shake with tones of vitamins - huge vitamin bomb :) I bought in in London actually

I recommend also Ortis Detox specific - you put some drops to your water and drink it all day. It's all natural and pretty tasty :)
