* 10 minutes powerwalk with 3 gradient
+ core and ABS exercises on TRX
Today I did circuit resistance training:
* squats on smith machine
* leg curls
* rear lateral row
* shoulders press
* dips
* lateral arm pull down
* suspended crunches TRX
* hyperextensions with weight
