Roast fresh salmon with garlic, salt and herbs. 20 minutes in 200 grades will be enought. Do not have it in the oven too long, it will be to try then.
At the same time cook brokkoli for 5 minutes in boiling water. Then blend it with cottage cheese and a spoon of philadelphia cheese (I used those with garlic). Blend it until you get a perfect consistency of mousse.
