Not a lazy Sunday!

Sweaty&happy after today's workout!

Happy Sunday everyone! I started mine with proper spinn class! 60 minutes og cycling and doing intevals followed by stretching session.



Approximately 525 calories burned. That's what I like! :)

And that was my today's lunch: wholegrain bread with smoked salmon, vitapro, tomato & broccoli sprouds served with medium boiled eggs.

Quick&easy lunch :)
