Holy moly! Oatmeal day!

I am lucky to live in a country where there is a 'oatmeal day' celebrated! And it is a serious occasion for celebration here! :D
Porridge has on old tradition in Norway. The old-school one is made from oats/flour, fat milk,  cream and butter. Now there is no need to do it with so many fat in it. Fat milk and cream was replaced by yoghurt, kefir, quark or protein powder.

Norwegian has different ways of making their own oatmeal these days. And by that they choose one of the healthiest breakfast to start their day!

Today, completely unintentionally I celebrate this day by having oatmeal for dinner ;)

My "dinner" which fits perfectly today's "oatmeal day" ;)

I didn't have time to prepare proper dish, so I only put some oats, protein powder, goi fruits and apple into lunchbox and it it on my way to Sport og Mosjon.
After consuming it, I found out that there is an oatmeal day ;)
