Grill it! and photosession

Great day! I started Saturday very early today, at 6 am! That's because of fitness photosession which I had with Aleksander Eilertsen. Soon I can share some pictures on the blog :)

 
Legs,arms&abs training afterwards!

* barbell squat
* deadlift
* sitting calf raise
* hip abduction
* hip adduction
* one arm triceps extension
* cable pushdown
* push sit up
* leg hip raises

 
And for dinner little grilled stuff - loin of pork and vegetables served with roasted sweat potatoes :)
