Gym log 2



Double training today. First, quick weight session with emphasis on shoulders (plus some abs). 
* Dumbell shoulder press
* Dumbell alternating front raise
* Barbell upright row
* 45 degrees side bend 


Second session was a cardio one. I had spinn hour at Sport og Mosjon. Good one! Lot's of intervals and sweat. 45 minutes of cardio.
