Chicken wrap

Wrap with chicken and salad

A very easy way of preparing yourself a protein rich and simple dinner. 

Chicken wrap preparations in four steps:

Do not use olive oil for frying it is healthier and safer to use flax oil or sesame oil
1. Fry chicken breast 5 minutes on each side. I used few drops of sesame oil which gives chicken great aroma. For seasoning I used salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.

Choose whole grain tortilla or spelled lompers and light cream cheese

2. Spread Philadelfia Light on whole grain tortilla/lomper. You can also use another light cream cheese.
Compose your own wrap :)

3. Put a salad, feta cheese, some olives and other additivies of choice (onion, sprouts, tomato and other)
You can heat wrap in the oven or microwave
4. Roll tortilla, grab it and... eat it :)
