At home training
Unfortunately I still feel sick. I don't feel well enough to go for a proper run, so I decide to do at least some at home strength training. I use my body weight and resistant bands. The are no joke! (at least when you're out of a gym ;)
I did:
* 50 sumo squats
* 50 jumping jacks
* 50 mountain climbers
* 50 push ups
* 50 crunches
* 25 triceps dips
* 25 biceps curls with resistant band
* 25 triceps extension with resistant band
* 25 lateral rows with resistant band
