Steaming seems to be the easiest and my favourite way to prepare my
vegetables (and not only vegetables). It's a myth that steamed
vegetables doesn't have taste, it depends only on what and how many
spices will you use.
Steamed vegies and fish seems to be the easiest way for healthy and tasteful dinner :) No need to defrost the before preparing, so simple!
Today I prepared dinner like that: vegetables, pollock and lentils casserole. Steamed fish and vegies first. I added little pesto sause to combine components and cheese for the top.
And some after training dinner from leftovers ;)
