The last training... for this week!

What a busy week!

My last trainings (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) were very long, intensive and I burned thousands of calories!



Last the days were about intensive approxmately 3hoirs long trainings sessions. 
Today I had double class in the morning (spinn and weight training with customers) and finally Friday Moves - 60 minutes of aerobic.


I am so pleased with my work! But body needs rest, so there will be - next to days are free from training. Time to charge batteries!
