Sunday's gym log

Ready to hit the gym!!

Don't let the Sunday be a lazy day!
I started mine with 60 minutes of spinn hour and then I hit the gym for quick 30 minutes training.
I did back, legs and ABS.


My new favourite machine at the gym - Easy Power Station (for pullups and chins)

Back


* pullups on easy power station  3x12 30kg
* chins on easy power station 3x12 30kg
* seated row 3x12 25kg (10kg more than previous week)
* loweback hyperextensions 3x12 5 kg

Rowing in progress

Legs


* squat on smith machine 3x10 20 kg
* leg press 3x10 70kg (10 kg more than previous week!:)
* cat muscle press 3x20 70kg 
* legs adduction on machine 3x15 25 kg
* legs abduction on machine 3x15 25 kg

1 hour 40 minutes, 600 kcal burned

ABS


* crunches 3x20 5kg
* situps on ball 3x20kg
* obliques hyperextensions 3x12

Aftertraing

 

 And after training there always should be time for good after training meal. Today's choice:
Whole grain sandwich with baked cod and fresh ruccola&spinach
Half a box of light cottage cheese with no-sugar jam

  1. That chin-up machine is genious! EXCEPT! My grip should be exatcly where that metal connection is!:( So my grip either gets too narrow or too wide. It sucks

  2. That's a pity :( But with wide grip (wider then your shoulders) you can engage many muscles, both in pullups and in chins:
