Gym log 3

Log from yesterday gym session. Chest and biceps day followed by stretch session.


*dublell flyes
*barbell benchpress
*dumbbell pullover
*alternation dumbbell curls
*concentration curls
*bosu ball crunches
*lying leg raise

Today is a rest day, however I dedcied to do some abs exercies.

* push crunch
* lying leg raise
* twisting crunch
* plank 60s
* side plank 2x30s
