Pizza time!

Meat pizza on yeast dough covered in fresh spinach and ruccola
Another fast-food in healthier edition. I prepared pizza, this time with lots of meat and on yeast dough.

For dough I used ready mix from Protein Fabrikken.
This one is made mainly from almond flour, white eggs and whey protein. It contains only 4g carbs per portion of ready pizza, is full in protein and fiber (healthier option for sure, but still not tasting as good as regular pizza dough, to be honest).

champignons seasoned with oregano, basil, salt and garlic pepper
I prepared champignons first, rich seasoning them with oregano and basil. I only put them on pan and warm till they put juices.

this minced meat has approximately 8% of fat

Minced chicken meat was next for preparing. I used the same seasoning which I used with champignons.

paprika - one of my favourites ingredients in the kitchen

I chopped also red paprika.

I made dough from adding dry yeast, 0,5dl of walnut oil and 2,5 dl of warm water to flour mix

After preparing dough and leaving it for 30 minutes to grow (mine didn't grow much - I am poor with yeast stuff).

I used pizza souse from can with chopped tomatoes in it.

pizza ready for baking

I put all ingredients on dough and put it to the oven for 30 minutes in 200 degrees.
I like adding cheese only for the end of baking process - only to melt it
After 20 minutes I took pizza from the oven and add cheese on top. I use a mix of regular and parmesan cheese. Then I putted pizza for the next 10 minutes to the oven.

I decorate pizza with fresh chopped ruccola and spinach.

Healthy pizza again

Remember my post about simple pizza?
I did it again! :)

This time I didn't use champignons, but paprika instead and no ham but minced chicken meat.
Again with light cheese and homemade pizza souse (half a box of chopped tomatoes with a spoon of tomato puree.

so easy and good :)

Simple dinner's pizza

Simple&easy dinner's pizzas

There are some evenings where I want eat something warm for my last meal, especially when days are getting colder.
Yesterday I prepared simple pizza. Or just pizza variations because mine didn't have dought made with yeast.

Use whatever you have in your fridge - onions, different kind of cheese, shrimps and other.

I used spelt lompers (norwegian toritillas), tomato souse, ham, paprika, champignons and lot's of cheese ;)

While I pre-fried champignons I chopped other ingredients

I pre-fry champinons on a pan for about 5 minutes. I spiced them with salt and paprika and wait until they loose water.

My pizzas' base

I heat oven to 200 degrees. On each tortilla I put some souse, then champignons, ham and paprika. I covered all with cheese.

I used classic cheese, but you can choose from mozzarella, cottage cheese or any different kind of cheese

I put pizzas to the oven for about 10 minutes.

You can roast them even more than 10 minutes to have more crispy bottom :)

And it's done - so simple, so easy! :)
Have a nice evening everyone!

Pizza

With my previous pack from Proteinfabrikken I ordered protein pizza bun/base, mostly just to fill in the pack filled with PB2 ;)
Today was the day of trying the new pizza variation!

The product is made by 'Body Attack Sport Nutrition' from Germany. In 100g it contains 34g protein, 15g fat and 4g carbs. Main ingredients are almond flour and milk&egg protein.

It was very hard to form dough properly, so I used spoon and spread it over baking paper. I pre-bake dough and after 5 minutes I added other ingredients:
- sauce made from tomato purer and ketchup
- champignons
- cooked chicken breast and ham
- pineple chunks
- red&green paprika and ruccola for decoration

It was pretty good, however next time I will try to do my own low carb pizza base :)
