But what I want to write is actually always omitting in most of magazines, sites and other places where you can read about dieting, losing weight, fat burning and so on!
So, what is it all about?
In all those "lose weight fast", "drop 2 sizes" advices there are always plenty of space provided for variety of food. But actually, all the people who are sporty, muscles, lean are eating almost always the same food and have boring, but effective eating routine. Oh yes! The same breakfast for months, the same brunch, lunch, dinner and snack. Ask some body-builder or fitness competitor. She/he exactly knows what they will be eating all day.Broccoli, rice, chicken, oats, lean dairy, brown rice, pasta, green vegetables, nuts, olive oil etc. - the same food aaaaalll day long, but in different combinations (and proportions).
Is it it boring? No, if you prepared it tasty and show a minimum of imagination.
Is this way effective? Yes.
Mostly because:
* you have a routine: you know that in for example 2 hours you will eat you meal which consists of chicken breast stew with rice and you look forward to it
*and if there is a time for meal, you simply take it from fridge and eat - you spare time (and money by omitting eating out)
* you already have your food prepared, so you omitting pointless snacking and if you snack, you have total control of what will it be because you prepared it before
* if it easier to control portions when you know that your eating for example fish and quinoa - you only take a cup and measure your portions
So why everyone one around is talking about eating variable meals all the time?
It is not a bad idea. If you have lots of time for preparing and measure everything all day long. And it sells much more than boring lunchboxes with the same products all the time ;) Marketing, pure marketing!Eating routine in normal life
Pro contestants and dieters are using this method all the time and their effects shows that it is bloody effective. But, of course, not everyone is (and want to be) a pro.
Maybe you want to just drop that 1 size down?
Try to plan your breakfast and dinner. Made them 2 invariable points of your day!
