I had a really good attitude towards today's training. I wanted to train badly yesterday, but body was a little sore after hardcore Friday, that's why I decided to take a day off. It was a good decision, because today I have more energy at the gym :)
100 reps of dips with straight legs! :) |
* squats with barbell 3x12 with 27kg
* push ups - 60 reps
* dips - 100 reps (!)
* crunch up - 65 reps
* hip thrust - 60 reps with 20kg weight
* shoulder press - 3x12 reps with 6 kg weight
* upper back machine exercise (machine) 3x12 reps 15kg
* sitting row (machine) 3x10 reps 15kg
