Wrap with chicken and salad |
A very easy way of preparing yourself a protein rich and simple dinner.
Chicken wrap preparations in four steps:
Do not use olive oil for frying it is healthier and safer to use flax oil or sesame oil |
Choose whole grain tortilla or spelled lompers and light cream cheese |
2. Spread Philadelfia Light on whole grain tortilla/lomper. You can also use another light cream cheese.
Compose your own wrap :) |
3. Put a salad, feta cheese, some olives and other additivies of choice (onion, sprouts, tomato and other)
You can heat wrap in the oven or microwave |
