We did it again!

Sunday gym session for couples ;)

We again managed to have training together :) So nice to train with my man! Day was rainy and cloudy, so I am glad that we managed to spend it so productive.

On mine plane there was back,biceps&cardio:




* bent over barbell row
* underhand pulldown
* barbell deadlifts
* alternating dumbbell curls
* dumbbell curls

and 26 minutes of cardio intervals on a treadmill!







Tomorrow there will be 4th week of my new training routine (on which I wrote in this post). I will take my measurments next week and focus more (and master) my diet.
