After recent emotional days (weeks?) situation seems to be stabilising and - as always - unexpecteldy many good news came to me recently.
So I've got wind in the wings and I am ready for new job challenges and to become a certified Personal Trainer!
I ended my working day with a circuit training. Since I was having a 60 minutes cycling class yesterday, I was really willing to go hard and lift heavy!
I made:
* squats with barbell
* deep squats
* lat pulldown
* dumbell rear delt row
* pull over
* crunch
* hyperextensions + obliques extensions
* hip thrust on step
* triceps pull down
I have to admit that those deep squats has killed my legs, especially quads!
