I'm working all they long only with some short break in the middle of the day today.
Maybe it was not the best training of mine, but still it is something ;)
* legs, butt, chest, shoulders kettlebell swing 10x8kg, 10x8kg, 10x8kg
* glutes leg cul on machine 12x20,5kg, 12x55kg, 12x25kg
* back, biceps pull up (on easy power station) 8x20kg, 8x20kg, 8x20kg
* back, chest, triceps chin up (on easy power statnion) 10x20kg, 8x20kg, 8x20kg
* back bent over row with dumbell12x8kg, 12x8kg, 12x8kg
* lower back hyperextensions 12x5kg, 12x10kg, 12x10kg
* legs deep squat 1x5,1x5,1x5
